This was my “mad” event.
I stewarded the event until cooking day, stepped down as Baroness on the Friday night, cooked for 200 on Saturday and participated in setup on Sunday. Is it any wonder that I was then attacked by the mulled wine and wasn’t up for much during pack down on Sunday?

I did all of the planning for this event using a google spreadsheet which can be viewed here. It includes the costings, recipes, shopping lists and day planning for the event.
